Add tabs to the quick access bar or right below/above the ribbon like OfficeTabs

I know you have Tab explorer, but its very inefficient to click on it to see the existing tabs and documents. Maybe add a feature like OfficeTabs to view/save/close tabbed documents in quickacess or under/above the ribbon. Here is an example:
